The admission to Downtown Alameda’s Spring Festival is totally free of cost! Mostly meant for families, the festival features 150+ vendors and 50+ shops. The lake, known as Salton Sea at present, kept getting flooded by the river till 1907. The inland lake is below sea level, and has no natural outlets.
