The most sought after spots to experience true underwater magnificence are around Pi Leh, Maya Bay and Hin Klang near Liam Thong beach. Along with snorkelling, some tour operators also organize shark watching tours at the “Shark Point”, located 800 m away from Long Beach, where black tip and leopard sharks are found.

Most exciting diving spots include Shark Point, Anemone Reef and the King Cruiser Wreck.

Rock Climbing on Tonsai Tower

Phi Phi Islands is also well known for its tall limestone cliffs along the coast of Tonsai Bay. The Tonsai Tower is a world class rock climbing site renowned for the 200 m tall limestone tower which has 48 routes. These routes have varying levels of difficulty and some are meant for beginners, while others should only be attempted by professionals.
