Popular Malaysian low-cost airline, AirAsia has announced to introduce third daily flights from Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) to popular Malaysian travel destination of Kuala Lumpur with effect from 30 August 2013.
With the launch of its newest Trichy-Kuala Lumpur flights, AirAsia is all set to become the single largest international carrier operating out of Trichy in Tamil Nadu state of India. The airline endeavours to delight its guests with more travel convenience, greater flexibility with its newest daily flights on the route.

With the introduction of third new daily service, Air Asia’s Kuala Lumpur flights from Trichy will depart daily at 9.25 am (flight AK 1232), 4.30pm (AK 1236) and 11.55 pm (AK 1238) respectively. The return flights from Kuala Lumpur to Trichy will commence at 7.40am (AK 1231), 2.45pm (AK 1235) and 10.10pm (AK 1237).
